Rogue Friday Offer From LEGO Online

Last year Force Friday was a major event. There were midnight launches and a heap of excitement.

This year we have Rogue Friday, and things are a lot more subdued – including the Australian online LEGO store’s promotion.

You’ll get a free First Order Storm Trooper minifigure with all LEGO Star Wars Orders.

That’s right – to celebrate the launch of the Rogue One product line LEGO are giving away a minifigure from a different film.

It’s also worth mentioning that while some regions are getting triple VIP points, that doesn’t seem to be the case in Australia.

If you are after the Rogue One sets I think 20% Off at Myer trumps a free minifigure.

Seriously, Lego Australia, very Poor, I saw the U.S. We’re being offered an ( awesome ) Darth Revan minifig for one day only, does Lego actually care about its Australian customers.

I’m not fussed about the bonus, but the triple VIP points would have been tempting.

I’ll buy from Lego Online if they offer great free gift. Spend $AU150 = 100 bonus points = $7.50 = 5% discount. Double VIP points offer 10% discount only. Local store offer much better discounts!

Your honesty is refreshing! I’ve been on another similar site/blog this morning and their attempts to push crap deals on people is pathetic, you know when someone says the new Death Star at RRP is a good deal they’re full of BS. Clearly getting to many free sets.
I was geared up to place an order but when I seen the deal……… Nah

Other regions have an affiliate program, so those blogs are probably earning money when people buy from LEGO directly. There are also other blogs that get free sets and have that relationship with LEGO and aren’t going to want to jeopardise that.

During the month of October Lego has been offering double VIP points ALL month. Dont know if its the same this year. Does anyone know??? Their new website and mobile app is horrendous!! No proper information or accessibility. Yesterday tried many times to get my force friday purchase finalized but kept saying theres an unknown error and to call customer service. But was after hours.
