Last week I received the exciting news that Bricking Around has been approved as a Recognised LEGO Fan Media site. After years of hard work trying to make Bricking Around the best it can be, this approval should help make the site better than ever.
Recognised LEGO Fan Media is a new program offered by LEGO to help support sites that contribute to the LEGO fan community.
Being part of the program means that I am now a LEGO Ambassador, and have new ways to communicate directly with LEGO and other members of the community. It should mean more timely news about announcements and potentially new content such as more reviews.
The content that you come here for won’t change, but hopefully things just get better.
I’d also like to say thanks to everybody that reads Bricking Around, acceptance in the program wouldn’t have happened without so many regular readers.
Congrats! Great recognition for such an amazing site.
Well done.
Great news!
Congratulations And Good Work… Thank You for your effort.
Congratulations, thanks to you I have saved a lot of money on the price of my lego, last week I finally got a Creator Big Ben For $230 from myer because of two offers working together, but I have probably also spent a lot more on lego because of you.
I believe lego owe you a great deal of thanks, as you are helping them to sell more of their product, especially as many of the newer sets seem way overpriced at RRP,
Isn’t it funny how stores can sell a $119 set for $76 on sale.
Hopefully you get free stuff, just like Jay does, for reviews.
Thanks for all your effort.
Well deserved.
Congratulations and thanks for maintaining such as awesome site for the Lego community. You have helped me save some money in the last few years. Keep up the good work.
Congratulations!! Well deserved. I check your page daily and love reading all of the updates and Lego news. It’s great to know what’s happening in the world of Lego locally! Thanks
