LEGO 21103 The DeLorean Time Machine On Sale At Amazon

LEGO 21103 DeLorean Time Machine

This is a great offer for those Back To The Future fans who have yet to pick up the 21103 The DeLorean Time Machine set.

Amazon has reduced their price for the set by 20%, bring it down to $27.99 US. This works out to be just $41.75 AU delivered which is a good deal compared to the Australian RRP of $59.99. Even after a 20% off sale in Australian you would still be paying a few dollars more.

Update On 71006 The Simpsons House

We have had a few readers get in touch with various sightings of The Simpsons House. The set seems to be extremely popular and limited in stock. We have decided to do a quick run-down of the various prices that we have found.

71006 Box

Target – $329 $263.20

The set has been reduced online, and is currently listed as $263.20. Unfortunately it is also sold out. There is no indication if this price will apply in-store however there is no specific mention of “Online Only” price, so it may be worth checking. Thanks to Scott for the update.
The set is currently available online and available for Home Delivery or Click & Collect. There have been reports of the set spotted in-store but these appear to be limited.

Kmart – $329

Listed as an Online Exclusive you may not see this one in-store. There does not appear to be a Click & Collect option, so you will have to also include postage in your price.

Toys ‘R’ Us – $329

Currently listed as a pre-order. We are not aware of any in-store sightings.

Big W – $298 (Reported)

We have not been able to confirm this ourselves but we have seen multiple reports of this price. Stock appears to be limited.

Shopforme – $329.99

In stock but listed as limited so you may have to get in quick.

Myer – No information available

We searched on the Myer website but could not find any reference to the set.

David Jones – No information available

We searched on the David Jones website but could not find any reference to the set.

Amazon – $199.99 US, Plus shipping

Good luck. The set has popped up a few times on Amazon but usually sells out within minutes. If you find the set on Amazon be sure that it is the version sold by Amazon. Other sellers charge a premium and may not ship to Australia.

The Simpsons LEGO Episode Airs In Australia This Saturday

The Simpsons Brick Like Me

Channel 10 is going to be playing the LEGO episode of The Simpsons at the special time of 6:00 PM AEST on Saturday 24th May 2014.

The Simpsons usually airs on the digital channel Eleven, so people who have set up season pass recording may need to manually add this one if they want it recorded.

Let us know what you think of the episode. It features a slightly different style to the official Simpsons range.

Here is a quick description of the episode

Homer wakes up in an alternate reality where everyone and everything is made of LEGO bricks, and he must figure his way out before he gets stuck in the plastic world forever.

Update On New LEGO Movie Sets From Amazon

If you needed further proof that Bricking Around readers are some of the best LEGO fans in Australia (we didn’t) then we bring you some great news from one of our readers.

Flumpf has posted a comment on our original article about the new LEGO Movie sets. As you may recall 70815 Super Secret Police Dropship would not ship to Australia. Well Flumpf got in touch with Amazon and they have corrected the issue.

That’s right, thanks to the work of Flumpf you can now get all three of these new sets from Amazon. We have run through the figures on these and included them below. You can get all three sets shipped to Australia for $328.72; around 8% off the Australian RRP.
