October Offer From LEGO Online

It may not be October 1st but the promotion from LEGO is now active on the Australian online store.

From October 3rd to 22nd and receive a free London Bus set with qualifying purchases.

The site currently lists the required spend in pounds, so it’s not clear exactly how much that is in Australian dollars. The bonus appeared in my cart once my order hit $100.

Rogue Friday Offer From LEGO Online

Last year Force Friday was a major event. There were midnight launches and a heap of excitement.

This year we have Rogue Friday, and things are a lot more subdued – including the Australian online LEGO store’s promotion.

You’ll get a free First Order Storm Trooper minifigure with all LEGO Star Wars Orders.

That’s right – to celebrate the launch of the Rogue One product line LEGO are giving away a minifigure from a different film.

It’s also worth mentioning that while some regions are getting triple VIP points, that doesn’t seem to be the case in Australia.

If you are after the Rogue One sets I think 20% Off at Myer trumps a free minifigure.

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Toys R Us

Do you need a little help to reach $100 and qualify for the first Toys R Us Bricktober promotional minifigure set? If so then you’ll probably want to check out the latest catalogue. The front page is full of LEGO specials across a range of themes.

These offers are valid from September 28th through until October 11th. With Bricktober running all month it seems like a safe bet that he following catalogue will also feature some LEGO on sale.

This promotion is selected sets so as always you can see the list of included sets and their discounts below. The catalogue can also be viewed here.

As well as the sets featured Toys R Us are also offering 4 minifigures for $15 so you are essentially getting 4 for the price of 3.

Toys R Us Bricktober 2016 Details

Every LEGO fan that shops at Toys R Us knows that October isn’t October, it’s Bricktober.

This annual LEGO promotion usually has some great bonuses for those spending big during the month of October. Previous years have featured mini builds, this year it’s all about minifigures.

There are 4 different packs to collect during October, with each being available for a week. To get each pack you will have to spend $100 or more on LEGO, so to get all 4 you are looking at $400 worth of LEGO at least.

With a sale kicking off today (I’ll cover that separately) the first week starts now rather than October 1st.

Here are the packs you can collect…

Here’s a quick breakdown of what is available in the first wave of year two…

First up for PS4 users is a new Starter Pack featuring Supergirl. It’s a shame that exclusive content is being released for a single platform but if you are a PS4 user on the fence this bonus may be enough to get you in the game. The pack can be found for $99 from Big W.

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Target

Target 200x200

After Target made a big deal out of not having a toy sale in July I have admittedly been a bit slack in checking out their catalogues. Their new strategy was said to be everyday lower prices rather than sales. We’ll after some prompting from regular readers I have checked out the latest catalogue, and what a difference a few months makes.

Not only are there actually LEGO sets on sale, Christmas layby is back too.

This is a selected set sale so of course you’ll find a list of the included sets below.

The sale runs from September 22nd through until October 9th. You can see the catalogue for yourself here.
