On Sale: 20% Off At Target

Target 200x200

Target haven’t been winning us over with their regular prices lately, but this offer should make them a bit more of a tempting option.

From tomorrow (April 5th) until Wednesday April 11th  April 29th Target are offering 20% off all LEGO.

No specific themes or sets are excluded from the sale. It’s a regular catalogue sale so will be online and in-store.

You can view the Target online range here.

Update: The catalogue ends next week but the 20% off runs until the 29th of April. Thanks to Sacha for the update.

On Sale: 10% Off Sitewide At eBay

eBay 200

eBay have just launched a new voucher code that will give you 10% off your purchase, regardless of the category. But we all know it’s getting used on LEGO, right?

The code you will need is PRONTO.

Here are the important terms: A minimum spend of $75 per transaction applies; the 10% discount is on item cost only and does not apply to postage costs; the total discount is capped at $300 per transaction; and there is a limit of 2 transactions per person during the Offer Period.

The offer period is current undefined, except that it will run until it’s no longer advertised. eBay have in the past ended codes pretty quickly when they prove popular it’s probably best not to wait too long.

Head on over to the eBay homepage and start searching. There are some quick links to the various retailers eBay stores on the right hand sidebar.

This is probably a good code to use with the Target eBay store as they have some good prices at the moment. View the Target range here.

Thanks again to Chris, who is pretty great at keeping on top of eBay offers.

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Target

Target 200x200

While Target has a few sets on clearance the catalogue released today features some discounts on some newer sets that might be worth checking out.

This catalogue sale starts today (February 15th) and runs until February 21st.

You can view the catalogue for yourself here, or see the list of sets below. I have also included in the list Boost and Assault on Hoth. Both are listed as being on sale on the Target homepage but aren’t actually in the catalogue.

Also note in the list that there are several sets marked with ^. These sets are ones where the Target sale price is still slightly higher than the regular price available elsewhere. I’ve included a list of those better prices at the end of the article.

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced To Clearance Prices At Target

Target 200x200

It seems that Target are clearing out stock of a selection of sets.

It’s quite a mixture of themes with Ninjago Movie, Elves and even some Friends amongst the lineup.

As these seem to be clearance prices there are no set end dates on the offer and your local store may not actually have any of these sets.

I can’t link to just the discounted sets but if you look through Target’s LEGO listing they have prices in red. You can view them here or see the list below.

Extra Discount Via eBay

The clearance prices have also been applied to the relevant listings on the Target eBay store. With the code PICK5 you can get an additional 5% off (as long as your order is over $30). It’s a good way to get a few more dollars off what are already good prices.

View the eBay range here, but unfortunately the discounted sets are mixed through all the other listings. The list below should help.

January Set Price Battle: Who’s Got The Cheapest Everyday Prices

January 2018 Price Battle

While certain retailers price their LEGO sets at RRP, there are others that try and compete with lower everyday prices. Those cheaper prices can often be better than 20% off the regular price.

I have looked around at the three majors who promote themselves as having low everyday prices; Target, Big W and Kmart. I went through the “new” category on their websites and compiled a detailed list of all the January release sets and how much they are charging. For Big W, who have a small sale on, I looked at the regular price not the sale price.

You can find all of the listings for yourself here: Kmart, Big W and Target.

Looking at the numbers it seems that Kmart is the winner with almost all of their prices lower or on par with Big W. Big W generally isn’t too far off with their pricing. Target is a clear last with a smaller online listing and the sets that are listed almost all higher than Kmart and/or Big W.

Obviously sales are going to affect these numbers, but it’s worth saving this list to check when you see a 20% off sale at Myer/David Jones/Toys R Us, as the set you want could still be cheaper elsewhere.

Here is the important information, the list with the best price for each set. If you scroll right down to the end of the article there is also a full list of prices rather than just the best ones.

Boxing Day Sales: 20% Off Friends & Elves At Target

Target 200x200

Target’s boxing day offer is exclusively one for minidoll fans with Elves and Friends the only themes on sale.

If you happen to be interested in either of those themes then 20% off Target’s prices is a pretty good deal.

The sale is online now (click here for Elves, click here for Friends) or you can head in-store from December 26th. The sale runs until January 3rd 2018.

Extra 10% off via eBay

If you can wait until tomorrow you’ll be able to get an extra 10% off the discounted prices at the Target eBay store with the code PUNCH. The Target prices are already discounted but the extra code doesn’t go live until Boxing Day.

With the code you’re discount will be 28% off Target’s regular prices.

Target Slashes Prices On A Range Of Sets

Target 200x200

Target’s latest catalogue may be underwhelming but they seem to be compensating by slashing prices on a bunch of sets that aren’t in the catalogue.

There are some really interesting sets included in the discounted lineup including Assault on Hoth, Classic TV Series Batcave and Destiny’s Bounty.

The discounted prices are also available on the Target eBay store with a further 5% off with the code P5OZZIE. Target’s full eBay LEGO range is here.

If you are buying online or via eBay be aware that it may not arrive by Christmas.

Here are the sets and their prices;

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Target

Target 200x200

I have a feeling the retailers have figured out that most of us are already done with Christmas shopping, because this latest catalogue from Target is one that I doubt is going to blow anybody away.

The biggest bargain in the catalogue is probably the LEGO Friends snow resort Ski Lift set for $49, a very nice 39% off RRP.

It’s a small selection of sets but if you want to check out the catalogue you can do so here, or see the details of the included sets below.

The sale starts today (December 14th) and runs until Christmas Eve.

On Sale: 20% Off At Target

Target 200x200

Target recently wrapped up a 20% off sale that only covered two themes, well now they are back with a much better offer – 20% off everything.

The new offer kicks off today (November 30th) and runs until December 13th. This offer is in-store and online.

You can view their LEGO range here.

On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Target

Target 200x200

Rather than offering a broad discount for Black Friday Target are instead reducing prices on a small selection of sets.

They are some popular sets but it’s not the most mind-blowing selection on offer.

These reduced prices are valid until 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday November 27th. You can view their Black Friday sales page here or see a list of the included sets below.

Update

As discovered by Shayne in the comments, these prices are also showing on the Target eBay store. Using the code PANTONE you can get an extra 10% off. View the eBay listings here.
