Seemingly out of nowhere this new set popped up as a Barnes & Noble exclusive in the US.
This looks like a great set for adult fans with a keen interest in architectural models. The set features 1210 pieces, and all of them are either white or transparent. Also included is plastic sorting trays.

This set is not currently available on the Australian LEGO website but it is available from Barnes & Noble, who do ship to Australia. Bricking Around quickly checked, and based on the current exchange rate and a QLD address you should be able to get this set shipped to you for around $180 Australian. At around $0.149 per piece it seems a little expensive, but the set does include that huge booklet and the sorting trays.
