There are plenty of new LEGO sets on their way. We have got our hands on the latest retail catalogue and spent time going through all the various themes to work out when you can expect sets to show up in stores.
The retail catalogues don’t show exclusives or online only sets, just items that will be widely available. If there is something you are interested in that isn’t on the list let us know in the comments below and we will do our best to find out.
Most of these new sets are already available from LEGO’s online store, but the best way to get items on sale is to wait for the retail release.

We saw Series 2 of these cute critters start showing up in store in June, but series 3 is scheduled to hit the shelves in September. The third series includes the green Glorp Corp, the tan coloured Spikels and the darkly coloured Wiztastics.

Collectible Minifigures Series 12
It seems like quite a while since we’ve had a new collection of unique minifigure characters. After a break with the LEGO Movie and Simpsons series things are back to normal with series 12 in October. We don’t have a full lineup yet, but each minifigure will include a code for the Minifigures Online game.
Any of the newer Lego Ideas sets have retail shop release date? I thought Ghostbusters was in September?
Nothing in the catalogue unfortunately. I believe September is correct though.
Great to see Benny’s Spaceship getting a retail release. I’ll nab one of these in a 20% off sale.
Any info on the other TMNT releases?
They are included in the catalogue, but no date listed on those. They may be included in the August release.
Sounds great! I can’t wait for some of the star wars sets to be on offer – some of them look fantastic. The arctic series also looks great, although I think it will be hard to tie them in with a lego city city.
TGYSE
Yeh for lego friends branching out of the stereotype (a little bit), I’ll look forward to seeing the jungle sets.
Any info on the X-men vs Sentinel set
I’m not aware of any retail sightings of that set.
Any heads up on when minecraft sets will hit the department stores?.
No sign of them in the larger stores, but there are a few options.
