New Set News From London Toy Fair

The London Toy Fair is on at the moment and all of the European based LEGO sites are checking out the sets that are going to be released in the second half of 2016. Unfortunately the Bricking Around budget doesn’t extend to having a London correspondent but we have done up a listing of the new sets that have been announced.

Of course we don’t want to take away from the hard work of those who are at the show so there are a full list of sources at the end of the this article. Those sites have descriptions from people who are at the event and seen the sets in person (there are no photos allowed at the London Toy Fair).

Not sure how I feel about the new Star Wars sets. Feeling a bit underwhelmed to be honest. The only one I am likely to pick up at this stage is the A-Wing/Tie combo. All the others just seem a bit lazy.

Rex’s AT-TE would be cool for the minifigs, but the design itself (and happy to be corrected) will be quite messy given how it looks on the show.

The other sets relating to an unnamed Lego Star Wars TV Show is a bit strange – not something that will draw me in.

The Clone Turbo Tank is an odd one – hasn’t this been done 2 times already?
