Sorry to be Mr Negatron, but I have to agree with the majority, I dont like the final product.
The original excelled in so many ways, exhaust, wheels , colours etc.
Honestly? Not at this price. I’m torn about the model because while there are things I don’t like, such as the awkward rear wheelarches and low clearance in front (with that weird and clumsy cutoff on the chassis) but there’s also a truly gorgeous engine and the best use of printed parts rather than stickers in any lego creator model yet.
But I can’t get past the fact that it costs the same as the F40 despite having almost 400 fewer pieces. It’s pretty, but not pretty enough. Even at 20% off I’d be hesitant to buy it.

Looks like I chose a good time to lay off the Lego purchases for a while. Prices getting high, and the latest Star Wars UCS sets are very ordinary.
