It may not be October 1st but the promotion from LEGO is now active on the Australian online store.
From October 3rd to 22nd and receive a free London Bus set with qualifying purchases.
The site currently lists the required spend in pounds, so it’s not clear exactly how much that is in Australian dollars. The bonus appeared in my cart once my order hit $100.
