Introducing 10263 Winter Village Fire Station

I know people have been hanging out for this one, and without further ado here it is – this years Winter Village set…

Christmas in Australia is a lot different to what is depicted in the Winter Village series but I always find them absolutely charming. I love this latest addition to the lineup.

The set features 1166 pieces over a series of builds – a frozen fountain, Christmas Tree, Bench with Streetlight, Fire Engine and of course the main Fire Station. There are a total of 6 minifigures plus a baby and dog.

The set will be available to VIPs on September 13th and everybody else October 1st. The official Australian RRP is $149.99.

You can check out the full image gallery below, as well as the official set description.

Jump aboard the sleigh and head down to the snowy LEGO® Creator Expert 10263 Winter Village Fire Station, where the holiday season is in full swing. Outside the holly-adorned building, the firefighters are busy filling the ice rink with water from their shiny fire truck while an ice hockey player looks on, and a street musician plays yuletide carols on his saxophone. Build a cute snowman with a cool top hat and help decorate the Christmas tree. Place the gifts and toys below and climb the fire truck ladder to position the shimmering star on the top. Then head over to the fire station and take the stairs to the cozy kitchen. Switch on the light and enjoy a refreshing beverage in the company of the friendly Dalmatian, before you slide down the fire pole and head back to the square for more festive fun. Fire up your imagination with this delightful LEGO Creator Expert set.

Thanks for sharing, much appreciated. It does seem though that the price of these sets is going up, I guess because Lego knows that us tragics will get them anyway ;). The fire engine looks just like an old Fabuland one we have – may add that to the display as well.

@Zavier – I think this year’s Christmas freebie is a “Christmas Carousel Ornament” (there are pictures around). This fits in with the theme of the recent Nutcracker and Snow Globe sets. Usually S@H here has that on promo in November. They also often have a “double points” promo at some stage before Christmas.
