The latest LEGO Ideas results are in…

LEGO Ideas has just shared the results of the first 2020 review. This review featured a record number of sets for consideration with so many people using lockdowns to vote and submit their own ideas.

I am sure there will be some disappointed people as only one product has passed the review…

If the Sonic project is one that had you excited it might not be over. This project is still under consideration and may yet become a project.

Very happy for the globe. I voted for it so I’m looking forward to honouring my pledge and buying the finished product. Congratulations as well as condolences to all the other worthy project ideas. Getting 10K is a significant achievement – you’re all winners in my eyes!

Am I right in reading that it is now possible to buy a third-party service to help generate your 10,000 votes? That would explain why there are so many projects in each review now. Pretty sad for the genuine MOC builders out there. The globe is very clever but i’m not sure it’s for me, but i’ve said that about most Ideas sets in recent years and have finished up with them all on the shelf.

I’m not aware of that happening. If you’ve got a source on that I’d be keen to read it.

Cant remember where I saw it now, I will try and find it. It was a reference to reddit (I think) carrying advertising for this,
