On Sale: 21% Off with eBay Plus

eBay 200

eBay is having a 21st birthday event during September. If you are an eBay Plus member the first offer that may interest you is 21% off selected items.

The “building toy” category doesn’t feature a lot of items but it’s still worth a quick look. As always make sure the pre-discount price isn’t unreasonable.

You can find what is included here. [affiliate link]

To get the discount you’ll need to enter the code PARTY21 at checkout.

The offer ends at 23:59 (AEST) on 12 September 2020 and is only available to eBay Plus members. Maximum discount of $300 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in 5 transactions (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction).

On Sale: 40% off your second item at Myer [20% off]

Myer Super Weekend March 2015

It’s time for another Super Weekend at Myer. Although this one seems a little less super than some of their previous ones.

On offer is 40% off your second item when you buy two or more. This type of sale has offered 50% off your second item in the past, but 40% off is better than nothing.

Once again it seems that Myer have coded this sale oddly online. Adding a high priced set and something like a DOTS bracelet should give you 20% off every item in your cart.

I do have some bad news though – Myer have updated their exclusions list to make it longer. Here’s everything that isn’t included in this sale and presumably all future sales: Art, Creator Expert, Ideas, Super Mario, 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle, 76139 Batmobile And 42115 Lamborghini Sian FKP 37.

You can check out Myer’s LEGO range here. [affiliate link]

The sale ends Sunday August 23rd.

On Sale: 25% Off Harry Potter At Myer

Myer is having a special one day only deal on all Harry Potter merchandise. Surprisingly this does actually include the LEGO Harry Potter range.

You can check out the range on offer here. [affiliate link]

This sale ends at 11:59 PM AEST tonight so get in quick.

Unfortunately I can’t see a listing for Hogwarts Castle on the Myer website, but it probably would have been excluded anyway.

On Sale: 20% Off at David Jones

David Jones is back with a flat 20% off everything. Hopefully this works a little better than the disaster of the their last member sale.

To get your 20% off all you need to do is add items to your cart. The offer ends August 18th.

You can find David Jones’ LEGO range here.

Thanks to Scott for the heads up.

On Sale: Selected sets reduced at Target

Target 200x200

Target have a new catalogue out with a particularly modest range of LEGO sets included.

The sale starts today (August 6th) and runs until Wednesday August 26th. It is available both online and in-store (if you are able to get in to a store).

You can check out the catalogue for yourself here or see the list of included sets below.

On Sale: Save up to $150 at David Jones

Are you a David Jones member? Me neither. But now could be the time to sign up.

From today (August 4th) until Sunday August 9th you can save up to $150 on your LEGO purchase.

Here’s how the deal works:

Spend >$500, save $150
Spend $300-$500, save $75
Spend $150-$300, save $30

These aren’t percentage discounts so if your order is sitting at $290, you’ll want to bump it up to $300.

Obviously the best deal is $150 off $500, so it might be time to stock up.

You can find the David Jones LEGO range here.

On Sale: 15% Off Selected Items With eBay Plus

eBay 200

If like me you keep forgetting to cancel your eBay Plus membership, you might be interested in this exclusive eBay Plus offer.

From today (July 27th) until August 3rd you can get 15% off a range of items including a bunch of LEGO listings.

To take advantage of the offer you will need to enter the code P15SAVE at checkout on eligible items and have an active eBay Plus account.

This link should give you a heap of LEGO listings, but I am not sure if it’s everything included [affiliate link]. It looks like Toys R Us and Hobby Warehouse are the main sellers involved.

As always with eBay offers check the listing price before discount as price jacking does happen.

On Sale: Buy One, Get One Half Price At Myer

Myer Super Weekend March 2015

Myer is having another Super Weekend sale! On offer is a pretty common deal for Myer – Buy one, get one half price. If you are a regular Bricking Around reader though you’ll know the way it works is actually a little better than that online.

Add at least two items to your cart and you’ll get 25% off everything.

You can check out Myer’s online range here [affiliate link].

Of course this wouldn’t be a Myer sale without a list of exclusions. Here’s what you can’t get with this offer – Creator Expert, Ideas, 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle And 76139 Batmobile.

This is a Super Weekend sale so naturally it ends on Sunday July 19th.

Thanks to Chris for the reminder on this.
