David Jones Logo

It’s only Wednesday but we’ve already got what may be the best Black Friday deal this year.

David Jones is currently offering 25% off all LEGO. That’s right, a good discount and no exclusions.

You can check out their LEGO range here.

The sale ends November 30th.

On Sale: 25% Off at David Jones

A sale above 20% off is always worth checking out, and here’s an offer from David Jones that meets that criteria.

From today (September 24th) until Sunday September 27th you can get 25% off all full priced toys. Normally a David Jones sale doesn’t have exclusions but it seems they’ve been spending too much time with Myer. This offer excludes Creator Expert, Star Wars & Technic.

You can check out the David Jones LEGO range here.

Thanks to Nichole for the heads up.

On Sale: Various Offers At Myer

myer-logo-white-220

Both Big W and Target have opted to keep things simple for their September school holiday sales. Myer on the other hand? Well they have opted for an eclectic mix of random offers and discounts. Offers which will get even more confusing when they inevitably launch an exclusion filled Super Weekend tomorrow.

Here are the offers. This article contains affiliate links. Also I have no idea when these offers end.

Discounted Barracuda Bay

The Pirates of Barracuda Bay is one of the random sets that is on sale. As something usually excluded it’s good to see a discount on this. Down to $269 from $299.99. Find it here.

20% off the following themes:

25% off Trolls

There are only a few sets but the Trolls range is 25% off. Find them here.

Other Adult Collector discounts

Myer also has a new Adult Collector catalogue out. Some sets are discounted. Some aren’t. It’s not really clear. You can check it out for yourself here.

On Sale: 25% Off Harry Potter At Myer

Myer is having a special one day only deal on all Harry Potter merchandise. Surprisingly this does actually include the LEGO Harry Potter range.

This sale ends at 11:59 PM AEST tonight so get in quick.

Unfortunately I can’t see a listing for Hogwarts Castle on the Myer website, but it probably would have been excluded anyway.

On Sale: Buy One, Get One Half Price At Myer

Myer Super Weekend March 2015

Myer is having another Super Weekend sale! On offer is a pretty common deal for Myer – Buy one, get one half price. If you are a regular Bricking Around reader though you’ll know the way it works is actually a little better than that online.

Add at least two items to your cart and you’ll get 25% off everything.

You can check out Myer’s online range here [affiliate link].

Of course this wouldn’t be a Myer sale without a list of exclusions. Here’s what you can’t get with this offer – Creator Expert, Ideas, 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle And 76139 Batmobile.

This is a Super Weekend sale so naturally it ends on Sunday July 19th.

Thanks to Chris for the reminder on this.

On Sale: Buy 1, Get 1 Half Price At Myer [25% Off]

Myer Super Weekend March 2015

Myer are having another Super Weekend sale and hidden among the clothes and makeup offers is one of the better LEGO deals that Myer offer.

From today until Sunday you can get 25% off most LEGO when you buy two or more items. It’s advertised as 50% off your second item but Myer still haven’t coded their website properly so you’ll get 25% off everything as long as you have at least 2 eligible items in your cart.

This type of sale probably leads to a weird spike in the sale of DOTS bands.

You can check out the full LEGO range here. [affiliate link]

As usual there are exclusions to the offer: Creator Expert, Ideas, and 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle and 76139 Batmobile.

Thanks to Nichole and Chris for letting me know about this.

On Sale: Super Weekend At Myer

super-weekend-at-home

It’s another Super Weekend at Myer!

The advertised offer is 50% off your second item when you buy two or more. What you actually get is 25% off everything when you buy two or more items. I really hope Myer never manage to fix this glitch.

There are the usual exclusions: Creator Expert, Ideas, and 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle and 76139 Batmobile.

You can find the full LEGO range here. And you might want to head straight to the DOTS theme for something cheap. [affiliate links]

The sale ends Sunday May 17th.

On Sale: Super Weekend At Myer

super-weekend-at-home

Myer stores may be closed to the public, but that doesn’t mean that we miss out on Super Weekends. This weekend just happens to be the first Super Weekend At Home for Myer.

On offer is “Buy one, get one half price” on LEGO. The way that it actually works is that if you add two or more LEGO items to your cart you will get 25% off everything in your cart. I suspect there will be plenty of DOTS bracelets purchased this weekend.

As always there are some exclusions: Creator Expert, Ideas, 76139 Batmobile and 71043 Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle. It also appears that anything already on sale won’t trigger this new discount.

Myer have lowered their free shipping threshold to just $45 so I don’t think AFOLs will have any trouble hitting that.

The offer ends Sunday night.

I feel like David Jones has been rolling out the 25% off deal a lot lately. Not a complaint at all, just an observation.

Active again is 25% off all LEGO including the stuff others exclude like Creator Expert and Ideas.

This sale runs until April 14th.

Please consider online shopping rather than going in-store. Stay home and stay safe.

The late March LEGO sale Battle Royale has a new contender – David Jones is here with 25% off all LEGO.

It’s great that DJs are offering such a broad sale – nobody likes exclusions.
