Official Details of 76 Upcoming Sets

LEGO has updated their store with official details of 76 sets that are listed as coming soon.

Some of these are things we already knew about like the Harry Potter sets, but there is a lot that we didn’t have official details or pricing on. We do now though! For example we now know that one of 2020′s most anticipated sets 31109 Pirate Ship will cost $159.99 here in Australia.

There’s a lot of info so I’ve enabled sorting and filtering on the table below. This info should help you plan out what you are going to be spending your money on soon.

Exclusivity Information For June 2018

Despite what a calendar will tell you June officially kicks of the second half of 2018 for LEGO. That means that there are a heap of new sets coming out.

I have previously done up a list of sets that are on the LEGO website but thanks to LEGO Australia I have information on who will be stocking what sets.

Big W will be home to the huge 76105 Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition from June and fingers crossed they offer a good discount on this set during their toy sale.

The new BrickHeadz continue to be exclusive to Myer, David Jones and specialty toy stores.

Target gets an exclusive Creator set (31078 Treehouse Treasures) and an exclusive Friend set (41343 Heartlake City Airplane Tour). Joining the Hulkbuster at Big W is Friends set 41350 Spinning Brushes Car Wash.

The 76109 Quantum Realm Explorers set from Ant-Man will be available from Myer, David Jones and specialty toy stores which is great considering the original Ant-Man set wasn’t released here at all.

Myer will also be exclusively getting 10875 Duplo Cargo Train, for the younger LEGO fans.

Perhaps the most intriguing part of the list is that Toys R Us will be getting 5 exclusives (see the list below). If Toys R Us can’t find a way out of it’s current situation then it will be interesting to see what happens to their exclusives.

You can see the full list of exclusives below. If there is something not on the list then it is either a general release or not yet decided.

Australian Details of All The New Sets Coming In June

While I have been at home with the flu LEGO have been busy updating their online store with over 40 sets due for release shortly.

These sets are all marked as June releases online but quite often the actual retail release schedule is different. I don’t currently have a retail catalogue to give you a breakdown on when each set will be in stores but as soon as I can track that info down I will be sure to share it.

If you are just interested in the list jump straight to the end of the article.

There is a lot to love in this line-up. Obviously the big news is the follow-up to Ninjago City, 70657 Ninjago City Docks which has an Australian RRP of $349.99.

Architecture returns with two global icons; 21041 Great Wall of China for $79.99 and 21042 Statue of Liberty for $149.99.

There are two new Elves sets on offer. The massive 41196 The Elvenstar Tree Bat Attack looks great.

Creator has 4 sets in the line-up but the most popular may be 31084 Pirate Roller Coaster at $119.99. A lot cheaper than the Creator Expert option.

The new sub-theme for Friends is racing and it features some great sets such as 41352 The Big Race Day for $79.99. There are also some non-racing Friends sets such as 41347 Heartlake City Resort.

Unikitty! is going to be a polarising theme but I must admit that some of the sets look interesting. 41456 Unikingdom Fairground Fun sees the return of purple coaster tracks.

City sees things return to the arctic with sets in a range of price points. Interestingly 60194 Arctic Scout Truck can be integrated with Boost.

Back in regular LEGO City we finally have a new Hospital – 60204 LEGO City Hospital for $159.99. There is also a new city centre set in 60200 Capital City.

Ninjago’s 70652 Stormbringer is another set with Boost integration.

I’ve included a link to each set so you can check out extra details of the ones you are interested in. Here’s the full list…

All The New Sets Coming Soon

We are only a few days away from the start of June, which means that the first wave of 2HY 2017 sets should be appearing in stores very soon.

The latest catalogue isn’t available yet, but the LEGO online store gives us a great overview of sets that we are likely to see released locally in June. You can view a full list with RRP and links at the end of this article but I’ve included a bit of a summary. Click on any of the images in the article to view a larger version.

There are two sub-themes being released and they couldn’t be more different. The first sub-theme is summery and beach inspired, with sets such as the 41317 Sunshine Catamaran.

The second sub-theme is a wintery getaway for the girls of Heartlake City. The 41324 Snow Resort Ski Lift looks particularly interesting.

Not related to either of those sub-themes is 41318 Heartlake Hospital, which is likely to be popular.

An interesting mix of sets on offer. There are some stand-alone sets like the 60154 Bus Station set but the majority of the sets fall into the two sub-themes…

I think the Jungle sets look great and a lot of people are going to want the various big cats on offer.

There is also a follow-up to the fun in the park set – 60153 Fun at The Beach.
