LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Black Friday deals

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Melbourne has a range of offers for Black Friday. Some are online only, while others are happening in-store as well.

One of the more interesting offers is 100 minifigures (500 elements) for $350. That’s a lot of minifigures.

You can find details of all the sale here. But here’s a quick rundown of what’s on offer…

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne Launches Online Store

While LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne is officially closed, the retail store is still operating. In an effort to provide additional options for people they’ve now launched an online store.

The online store offers a range of LEGOLAND Exclusive products as well as LEGO sets that you might not be able to find elsewhere. The online store now means that these hard to find products are available Australia wide. There is no free shipping but a quick check showed the following shipping options:

  • Click and collect – Free
  • Standard – $14.95
  • Express – $30.00

You might be interested to know that they still seem to have Pirates of Barracuda Bay available, unlike LEGO.com which is sold out.

If you sort the All Products page from Low to High you’ll also discover a bunch of polybags that you can’t easily buy.

You can find the online store at https://shop.legolanddiscoverycentre.com.au/

Now they just need to figure out a way to do PAB online.

Your Guide To Getting A Hogwarts Castle In Person Tomorrow

Tomorrow is September 1st, which is the official release date of 71043 Hogwarts Castle. I know it’s been available from LEGO Online for VIPs but tomorrow will see the set released at both the Dreamworld LEGO Store and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne. Here are the details on what each of those stores are doing.

Dreamworld LEGO Store

The Dreamworld LEGO Store will be opening it’s doors at midnight tonight so you may want to make your way there some time today. I have spoken to the store manager and he advised that there was a good amount of stock available. This isn’t a situation where they only have 5 of the sets or anything like that. I’d still suggest getting there early.

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne

While they aren’t doing a midnight launch, LLDC will be opening early tomorrow morning at 8am for fans looking to pick up a set. Again I have been able to confirm that stock levels look good and plenty of people will be able to get their hands on a set. It’s hard to know how popular this will be so I’d still suggest getting their early.
