Crazy Monkie Kid prices at Target

Monkie Kid was a theme that when it was released had no regular retail release planned. Now, it’s almost 2021 and the sets are hitting the stores now. But from what I’ve heard there is A LOT of them and Target are already offering deep discounts.
There is up to 50% off some of these sets so I suggest you check out the range. Obviously stores are closed today but these online prices should be in-store too when you can get in there.
The online range can be found here.
Thanks to everybody who emailed me about this
Amazon’s Boxing Day sale is live now

It’s only Christmas Eve but Amazon have already gone live with a heap of Boxing Day deals! There are a few different LEGO offers currently active and possibly more going live over the next few days.

A very small selection across these two themes.

Again, a very small selection
Up to 29% off selected LEGO
Another random mix. There’s some Mario stuff in this batch.
Up to 31% off selected Friends and Duplo
A couple of the larger Friends jungle sets are included and could be worth checking out.

Thanks to Matt for the heads up.
Amazon Has Some Great Hidden Side Prices

It looks like Amazon is trying to clear their stock of Hidden Side sets, with most around 50% off RRP.
As always Amazon prices fluctuate a bit so be sure you aren’t overpaying when it comes to checkout. Once an Amazon stocked item sells out it will display reseller listings.
You can check out the range here [affiliate link].
Here’s the prices as of 10AM AEST December 19th.

On Sale: Various Sets Reduced At LEGO Online

This isn’t a drill – for what seems like the first time ever the Australian online LEGO store is actually having a decent sale.
In total there are over a hundred sets on sale from a variety of themes.
There are a few things on offer that are harder to find in-store as well as ones that are retiring soon. Winter Village Station is a tempting inclusion as it’s an exclusive that is very rarely (if ever) on sale elsewhere.
I suggest you head to the online store and check it out.
Thanks to everybody who emailed or messaged me about this.
Boxing Day Sale: Selected Sets On Sale At Amazon

Amazon are getting in on the Boxing Day action early with a range of sets for 20% off their normal price.
I say normal price rather than RRP because a lot of the Amazon prices were already matched to other retailers, which means the 20% off works out to be a pretty great price.
There’s a fairly broad range of sets included so it’s probably best if you go check out the full listing.
Amazon Actually Has Some Good LEGO Prices

I was telling a friend earlier today about the Target 20% off sale on Jurassic World and he said that most of the Jurassic World sets were actually cheaper at Amazon.
I decided to check it out and sure enough he was right. Even with the current 20% off sale almost all of the sets are cheaper at Amazon.
It’s possible that they have adjusted their prices in response to the Big W 25% off this week, but it could also hopefully be a sign that Amazon wants to be aggressive on LEGO pricing.
You can check out the Jurassic World range for yourself here.
Looking through the rest of their listings and there are certainly a few things that jump out as being discounted. Nothing crazy but certainly competitive (see a list of examples below). Perhaps Amazon Australia is becoming a site worth checking when doing your LEGO shopping?
Selected Sets On Sale At Amazon Australia

Ever since Amazon launched in Australia we’ve been hanging out for a decent sale.
There are currently over 50 sets listed as clearance items and some of the prices are actually pretty great. This is marked as a clearance sale so there is no set end date.
You’ll also find an interesting mix of sets on offer.
Don’t forget that you’ll need to factor in postage but this shouldn’t be a huge issue as these items are sold by Amazon rather than third party sellers.
You can see the sets via this link, or see an overview of what is on offer below.
On Sale: $10 Off For Every $50 Spent At Myer

I’m officially renaming Wednesday to Myer Offer Day.
Sure enough it’s Wednesday morning and we have a new sale on at Myer, but this one isn’t quite a 20% off sale.
From today until 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 29th October Myer are offering $10 off for every $50 spent. No mention of this being online only or in-store too.
This might sound like 20% but it’s one of those sneaky sales where if you spend $90 you only get $10 off still. To take full advantage of the offer you need to spend in a multiple of $50.
Don’t forget to check their eBay store for an actual 20% off sale.
On Sale: Selected Sets Reduced At Toys R Us

Toys R Us are clearing out some old stock and from today (October 5th) through until Sunday October 8th they are reducing the clearance prices by a further 25%.
There are some good prices on a bit of a random mix of sets but there may just be something that you are interested in.
The website advertises this as being in-store and online but note that this is a clearance sale and items may not be available in-store at all.
This link should hopefully show the LEGO products on offer. You can see the full list of sets and the discount below.
On Sale: Shopforme Having Huge LEGO Sale
Melbourne based online and physical retailer Shopforme have quite regular blitz sales with a specific theme or set on sale. The email that they sent out today however is a little different – there is a heap of stuff on sale, and some of it up to 40% off. There is no information about when these sale prices end.
You can see all of the offers for yourself via the online copy of their email here.
Here are a few of the highlights…
40% Off City
Their entire City range is 40% off, including the new Jungle sets.
30% Off Nexo Knights
30% Off Technic
You can see the individual sets that are on sale in the table below.
